New Ulm Commercial Metal Building

To expand storage space on an existing property, a client commissioned a metal building from Four County Contracting. The 3,750-square-foot interior sheeted building featured a 1,250-square-foot fully enclosed section with closed-cell spray foam. The remaining 2,500 sq ft was designed as a storage area with a concrete retaining wall. The entire building was completed on a 6” concrete slab with an extended dirt pad on the exterior.
